I am a big fan of Terramin and Pascalite clay.
For you, I think Pascalite clay is better. I have read a lot of testimonials of people that got rid off acnes and other skin problems, using Pascalite internally and topically (the company sent me the info. with my order). I take both, Terramin and Pascalite clay for ulcerative colitis.
