I have tried SDC diet, unfortunately I was loosing too much weight on it, so I hat to quit. But, I know SDC helped a lot of people. Give it a good try!
As for the die off effect, I absolutely agree with you, it is what is happening. My advise to you to take some clay internally, to help pull the toxins out and relieve the burden of your liver and kindeys. My favorites are Terramin and Pascalite clays. I have a great reasult using both of them for my ulcerative colitis without any drugs or other supplements. I just posted my story, if you are interested.
