Hello guys,
I have been suffering from low body temp, extreme fatigue and brain fog, hypothyroidism and severe dry eyes for almost 4 years now.
I noticed that when I take Siberian Eluthero, Zinc Picolinate or high protein supplements I feel better in some of my symptoms, mainly the severe dry eyes and body temp.
When I take these supps my body temp goes from 35.5 to 37 strainght in few hours.

I need to know if these are connected or causing each other or something
1- Amalgam fillings (replaced last year, and started to chelating)
2- Hypothyroidism
3- Eating junk food & high Sugar food for years
4- Adrenal fatigue
5- Mold (was having it in my room, cleaned it and moved to another room in the same apartment)
6- Candida, I'm sure I have it because once I started anti-candida supplments all my hair dandruff had disappeared in just few days. My skin had not been itchy at that time too.

Please I need help, no doctor in Egypt even believe in these things. Amalgam fillings are perfectly safe LOL :) :(
