Just wanted to add that in my opinion..the major issue when people have Candida is the fact that the Candida migrates elsewhere in the body. How is this so? LEAKY GUT.. bottom line. that's how it sneaks through and gets into the blood stream to migrate elsewhere. Figuring out how to reduce inflammation is key so that the body can heal the holes naturally..as far as diet this is a personal thing.... but l-glutamine can probably help out a great deal because it seems it speeds up the process. like 1 month of supplementing can equal 1 year of dieting. We want out of this as fast as possible or else there will be continued damage anywhere in the body.
But of course we don't want to rush for quick relief...we gotta figure this out to keep Candida away
This is a little off topic but I thought I'd mention it because it might help figure some things out
When people have kidney stones , most of the time they are made of a mixture of Calcium and Oxalate. Ok, so if someone isn't eating enough calcium, the oxalate has nothing to bind to in the gut and it eventually gets to the kidnies. Now, oxalates, even in nature, cling to Calcium..so if there's not enough calcium in diet, it will eventually start to rob your bones. This is probably how stones develop. But just think about that.. When the oxalate robs from the bones..that's chemistry at its finest..the calcium migrates like a gravitational pull... I find this mindblowing. Is there a specific path the calcium travels down?
Think about when you drink water.. it travels down your digestive tract, some ends up binding with fiber in the colon to form the stool but otherwise it leaks through the digestive tract and goes everywhere in the body. The kidnies end up pulling it from the blood for excretion. There's not 1 pipe that takes all the water to the kidney. If this were the case, how would it reach all our cells...like in our brain..
it travels in the blood.
When you think about this Candida becomes super scary. But we know that water intake is crucial...just to keep things diluted. That's probably step one as far as making sure there's no thick toxic circulation going on. Get it watered down immediately. Next is digestion..HOW to fix the gut so that we are able to eliminate properly so that we don't get this toxic blood effect
How do oxalates fit in? I don't know, but we have to look at calcium as well to help find an answer
