Hi, your symptoms sound very similar to mine.

You should try Country life Pancreatin, try taking 6-10 with each meal and see if your constipation, diarrhea, and absorption problems get under control, and then work on the underlying issues.

I'd suggest getting tests run to figure out what your lacking, and what you have.
