After months of flushing I found myself getting naseous at the thought of drinking the ES as a flush time approached.  NOT flushing wasn't an option for me, I felt like it was do it or die.  I thought and thought on what to do, what to do.  I didn't ask anybody, I made my own decision.  Lots of the protocols include drinking lots of apple juice prior to the flush, so I decided to use apple juice instead of water in the ES cocktails.  This made the taste much more tolerable and I still do this today.

MH will probably be along explaining that the nausea is probably parasites........
