I have had flush problems and have no idea what method works because i am sick everytime i do one but i will figure it out someday...

have to agree... if you have liver and gb full of paras then you just cannot flush.

it almost has to be an intuitive thing... individual to yourself.

i really do not see hard and fast rules on any of this. a few but not many.
