Like I said.. go LIGHT . Take 1 small dose and wait 3 days. Feel out your symptoms.. Symptoms are the best indication. If everything is going good, take another small dose.

As far as the xray business.. I recommend getting in there in that case and clearing it out. Sounds like he detects something there so better safe than sorry. Even if its rotting, that ain't good and can cause unwanted bacteria and infection.
