If a patient has diagnosed with some thing ,doctors will say sorry you have so and so,and treat.If you are healthy and go to doctors ,then obviously its all in your head.Coming to peeling lips its not a disease its a wrong decision taken by your cells to peel at a fast rate under incomplete impulses from brain ,which is again linked to negative thinking .so positive thinking(positive thinking means just think you are healthy,and its true also that every one in this forum are healthy) makes your brain to send potent impulses and condition reverses.
