You could try Betadine Surgical Scrub.

Use it instead of soap and shampoo when you shower.

Use it instead of soap when you wash your clothes and blankets, etc. Let them soak for some time in it before washing.

If you live in one of those large apartment blocks, it may spread to and from neighbors.
