In general parasite type herbs come after you free up the intestines, once your flowing in the right directions, then use herbs to control parasites and then start flushing and then fast, all the time learning about live foods, about good health via good habits.

Parasites in general want you to live, so they can live. The large ones do allot of damage and are the easiest to control normally. I would be more scared to allow them to munch on you than I would be to kill them.

I would use what you have purchased and then decide what else you want to do, my best beginner suggestions are listed in the free 108 page booklet that you can down load off the Ca website listed at the top of this forum, I do not own this, they just chose to help by posting it.
