When Johanna Brandt got cancer, she fasted and fasted. At times she fasted herself to a skeleton. Each time she fasted the tumor was reduced in size, but never eliminated. When she would eat again, the tumor would grow again. She came to the conclusion, it is not possible to eliminate cancer by fasting alone.

Johanna went on to use the grape diet, and successfully eliminated her cancer.

For anyone trying the grape diet, you need to be very strict, and consume a huge amount of grapes. Most people will find using alterative herbs easier. You could even combine both.

Fasting can be beneficial.

However, I suggest it is used with other things. Including alterative herbs.
