I do not see how it could affect your urine. In any case when you ingest it is processed in the digestive system where all kinds of poisons are regularly put in through what we eat.

The body naturally tries to separate good from useful so if there is anything different it probably will not matter.

Sure, there are lots of things we should not digest and they get through the systems and wreck our body eventually, but I think most people overate the problems they might have with recycling urine.
