After I've started mixing my ascorbic acid powder with MSM powder I can now take a lot more without reaching bowel tolerance (BT). I mix 1 tsp of MSM and 1 heaped tsp of ascorbic acid, take it 3-4 times a day - no BT so far.

Without MSM I used to hit BT with that amount of ascorbic.
