have you tried high fat?


i used to do colonics and enemas for years and had enough of it eventually realising it was just a band aid. high saturated animal fats did the trick for me, i go 3-4x a day now. pork fat, butter, chicken fat, bacon, bone marrow, duck fat, egg yolks, etc etc.

fiber works better for some people though.
