Taking Ascorbic Acid for its benefits and also Baking soda for its blood alkalising - I know the Vitamin C in the mixed drink remains available to the body but, being acidic, it neutralises the pH of the drink solution when mixed. And yet I want to alkalise my blood - acheive pH7.35. Is there a way to achieve this in order to have the benefits of both? Would adding more Baking soda until the drink becomes alkaline work or would that mean taking too much Baking Soda? How muck BS is too much?

I do hope someone can help me here.

Mike
