So I am having several BM's. I took 2 IF #1's again and within 30 minutes my stomach was burning again and I had what seemed to be undigested food. :/ I am not having a morning BM, but by night time, it seems to really clean me out. I have had 2 not so great meals both nights. :/ and I'm eating great through the day.
