I have experience with water fasting, however I wish to try Water Fasting along with 2-4 tablespoons of Bee pollen, 3 cups of green tea and approx 2 litres water per day. My primary aim of fasting is for weight loss, clear Sugar addiction and to lower my oestrogen level/dominance/water retention due to having PCOS and to continue to increase progesterone levels via the use of progesterone cream during this fasting time. I will be starting this fast tomorrow:- 19/4/12 for 14 days, so if anyone wants to join along please join me or if you have any experience with Water Fasting and bee pollen I would love to hear about it and know if there were any differences felt between only Water Fasting and bee pollen- water fasting. If weight loss was similar, more or less. Thanks.
