What would I be withdrawing from though? I've been eating LFRV for almost two years now. I avoid coffee, alcohol, salt, sugar, etc. So I figured that this headache must be from toxins being expelled through ketosis?

Whatever it is I'm taking it as a sign that I really need to fast when I get back from my holiday.
