I have had a constipation problem since I was a small child and pinworms started biting my butt

doing an enema is easier for me than eating what all i have to eat in order to keep my bowels moving regularly- i don't like psyllium and short grain brown rice is high in arginine, bla bla

so i have a nice enema almost every morning

well if i am going on a trip and sharing a hotel room or something, i will take a bottle of oxycleanse with me, or some fiber con

and sometimes i will eat a high fiber diet for a couple of weeks and not need one

but for the most part, i do an enema just about every morning
i have not found them to deplete my intestinal flora
and I rarely take probiotics

i only get yeast overgrowth if I neglect to take Iodine

i wash my rectum first with some plain water and then do a retention enema of some strong dandelion tea with a little Sea Salt and a lot of green Black-Walnut hull, Wormwood and cloves
