Yep, I am not crazy. Finally got my albendazole, and the instant we took it: MAJOR belly rumbles and die off again.
I love albendazole. I love ICUs protocol, it is our friend.
And Mommy, If you get your hands onto albendazole and some ivermectin horse paste, do it. You will need 90 tablets of albendazole, though, and follow ICUs outline to the dot.
It really takes 63 days to get all worms, since you need to take down three generations of them before they can lay eggs since it takes 21 days for them to grow up to adults. And ivermectin, when taken at the same time, helps inhibit the scatter.
I also took garlic and garlic brandy, and it helped, but not as much relief as I get from the albendazole.
Albendazole and ivermectin work both systemically, a huge difference to mebendazole and pyrantel pamoate.
I eat completely starch and Sugar free (okay, I can have rye crispbread again, woot!) and it did help alot. I do not avoid coffee, since it is a mild laxative and actually helps washing out the toxins and dead worms (just dont overdose it). I drink mine with sweetener and some sugar-reduced, high fiber soy milk. I also eat at least 20g of ground linseed a day, which is also good for your gut (fibre, mild laxative, antiinflammatory properties), as well as pumpkin seeds and coconut. Since I get better, I also eat lots of sauerkraut, cabbages, and an apple a day.
If you have ALOT worms, the herbal remedies wont work. They are too gentle, and you really need to nuke them out.
Good luck! Thanks for the heads up!
And I am on day 5 of taking albendazole, and I feel awesome!(headaches and boneaches aside, lol)
