The situation you initially describe sounds very similar to my own before. After feeling sick for a long time, one of my doctors told me that I probably have Lupus. I had a borderline ANA count, whatever that actually means. That was an extremely unpleasant thought.

After doing some research, I began doing an anti-yeast diet and felt better. I replaced my silver fillings and began chelating mercury out of my body and I felt much, much better still. I'm not finished with chelating yet, but there's no doubting my improvement.

Now, I wonder if lupus is just some bodies' immune systems' overreaction to the presence of heavy metals. I would suggest you find out more about this and see if it makes sense in your case.

Keep in mind that metals come from a variety of sources, including a lot of unknown and surprising ones. A lot of people could be exposed without realizing it. Accumulated metals would eventually make a person sick.
