Hi, you and I have the same smell feet/homeless/fecal. Have you tried diet of no sugar, no dairy, no meat? My smell goes down but not totally go away with diet. But since I'm depressed all the time I end up eating bad foods again coz it somewhat makes me happy. Also drink lots of water.

I will try the fruit diet for 3 weeks the other poster said she got healed with that. I don't know if it would help though coz fruits are full of sugar. I'd stick with low fodmap fruit mainly banana during the diet and see.
