My clinic who has been doing diabetes research since 1923 would call you diabetic.  Why?  Any two hour post eating reading over 120 is how they define diabetes.

As someone mentioned earlier, get an a1c test (you don't need a doctor) and if it's over 6.0 you're diabetic.

If you start testing your two hour post meal reading it will tell you what's causing the problem and you're going to be really surprised.
