It's powerful GSE, some ND's and MD's don't really like using it cause it kills both, good and bad bacteria in the GUT.

Strong, strong stuff.

I remember reading Newport's post ages ago and he used it every 3rd* day. So i do the same, 2x45 drops a week.

Every Monday and Friday i use GSE. 45 drops Monday, 45 drops Friday.

It is very bitter... :)
