I have been using my Earthing pad about 20 hours per day since I received it last week, and, like you, I notice no effect at all. I was up every two hours last night, just like before.
Have you gotten any effect from it, good or bad, since?
I am beginning to doubt Earthing. I went over to Amazon.com to check out the reviews, and out of 27, 8 said they received no health benefits from the pad at all, and two reported minimal effect(s). That's over 40%.
In his book, Clint Ober estimates the percentage of people who are unaffected by Earthing to be 3% (3 out of 100). This is a huge discrepancy.
I am starting to doubt both Earthing and some of the positive posts and reviews of it.
