Hey all

it's been a while since I've been on here, thanks to various external pressures, work etc.

Wanted to report back... Acne is manageable these days - not gone, but helped by a low carb diet and avoiding citrus which seems to be problematic when I have it (So i don't)

Hirsutism has gotten worse, chin hairs are very coarse and determined little b*ggers

My GP said my hirsutism comes under the banner of polycystic ovarian syndrome ( I really don't buy this)

I got scanned (for an unrelated issue) earlier in the year and the sonographer couldn't see ANY cysts.

I've been considering trying

saw palmetto
agnus castus
spearmint tea
evening primrose oil

to try and get rid of the hirsutism

any thoughts? x
