I suggest:

Avoid x-rays. Find a dentist who will treat you without x-rays. Dental x-rays increase your likelihood of brain cancer.

Avoid Amalgam fillings. Get white fillings.

Both x-rays and Amalgam fillings are harmful to health.

Before going to a dentist, phone and tell them you don't want x-rays or Amalgam fillings, and ask if they will treat you on that basis. Most dentists will not treat people who refuse x-rays. A few will. If you phone first, you may find a suitable dentist.
