I aborted my DF after 68 hours. I actually had little hunger/thirst. Unfortunately I was tempted to eat one bite while I was preparing a meal for my husband…and one bite was not enough…So I celebrated the completion of 68 hours of DF (I assumed some health benefit was achieved in my 68-hour DF although I could not feel anything, not even detox), had a dinner and snacks, and then I restarted my 2nd longer DF.

Now I am almost 24 hours into my 2nd attempt at my 2nd longer DF. I still aim at 5+ days. There is little hunger/thirst. Wish me success this time.


Highbuzz, are you doing DF this weekend?
