Great post elf! How was it that you got started on the kidneys before the liver. Im the other way around :) i have drank the kidney tea before. I usually throw it into my master cleanse routine. Which im soo horribly overdue for. I never have let it slip like this :( BUT I have still kept up with all my daily maintenance (ce's,IF#1&2,superfood,etc)
Im soo very much the same when it comes to eating good and eventually getting off track. But thats what my 4 master cleanses (a year) are for. To get me back on track.
Im glad you mentioned supertonic...im about out!
I say save your $ on the nurse and put it towards juicing ;)
