Thx Dr Jeff. I had to layoff for a bit... took too much.

I need to be patient - stay on the low fat plan and sweat.

I almost had this licked once.... I need to sweat... and ramp it up over a period of weeks.... it will take some time.. but I have no other choice if I want to keep working.

If I eat Avocado - it makes things worse.... my blood sugar is quite stable on this diet... I need to ensure it stays that way.

I really believe there are 2 ways to go with the blood sugar issue.... high fat + low/no carb.. or high carb no/low fat...

I personally have seen much more success on the high carb plan... I have more energy and at times have felt like a kid again.... I just need to get the body to a point where it's getting rid of the toxins faster than the die off is happening.....

Whole fruit and some starch are my staples....
