Is the hard calcium flush a necessary part of this cleanse? I don't seem to have that. Also is the kidney/bladder tea one of those where you save the herbs for 3 days and keep adding more? Or discard every day? I don't see any instructions for making the tea other than number of cups daily. How many tablespoons to how much water?? How long to let boil? Can I make the whole batch for the day at once?? Sorry for all the questions but I'm a little confused...thanks!
