I am 42 hours into my DF. There is little hunger/thirst. My energy is OK. I am amazed that the body does learn to adapt. Last month I did several 2-day DFs. On the second day I felt moderate thirst and kept thinking about water. But now I seldom think about water. There are a few passing thoughts of food instead. But it is more mental than physical need.

My vitals remain good. I cannot wait to find out how long I am able to go this time of DF.
