Where do these people come from, why would you join a support forum to add a worthless comment like this?

You guys could try semi-fasting on lots of raw garlic for several days. What I mean is eat very light, like just veggies and juice, whole grains or some type of fiber. It will saturate your body, your colon, your blood. Whenever I feel something in my sinuses or ears, it usually stops after 24 hours on garlic.
