IC is often a parasite infection, if not in all cases.

A strong herbal anti parasitic cleanse involving Wormwood , cloves and black wallnut hulls will help many cases.

Hulda Clark wrote about IC in her book and noted it to be a parasite.

Its quite disgusting that the whole IC industry doesn't tell people the truth and instead prescribes avoidance diets and other methods for "treating" it.
