Well, I'm not sure that what you have us what I have. I've never heard if pinworms living in your skin. Sounds more like morgellans disease. With that kind of problem though, it certainly couldn't hurt:/ it kills all intestinal parasites. But because of the constant egg hatchlings you have to be very regimented with everything else. Washing hands, not biting nails, washing bedding etc. best advice is to do your homework and try to figure out what you're dealing with first... Good luck!! I feel for you:(
