when I added SSKI orally to my iodoral initially two years ago.....my kidneys freaked out and my back when out....so I started putting it on my skin and it didn't slam my kidneys like it did orally.

I am doing 4 drops orally now and it is mostly fine and i have not tried upping it yet...

i do 100mg of Lugol's in morning and SSKI later in the day.

and still before I exercise i put SSKI on dermally....seems to help my muscles work better....I still get muscles weakness as a detox symptom about 4-5 hours after I take my Lugol's and putting it on the skin has a different effect than ingestion

I am also playing with painting my testes/scrotal area and also the shaft of my penis and inner thigh because I am curious about the possibility of kicking in more testosterone and I have a very strong penile curve to the left which has a fibrous cord-like element to it that sounds a bit like Peyronie's disease....not quite classic, but similar enough to play with it.....of course I could have had a bad cut by the doc who did my circumcision
