It's been a long journey and I'm still going. I do have more things to say about iodine. It was either trapper or Newpie who said "iodine makes everything better" and my future posts will be a confirmation of that insight.

Never thought when I started it would be this long a journey - now I'm thinking it'll be lifelong. So be it :)

Liver Flushing was life-saving for me, but Iodine helped me reduce the number of flushes from 2 a month [tiring and frustrating after a while/years] to 1 "every change of season" [something I can live with and I'm very open to doing]
