I'm big into liver flushing, I just did my 4th one last weekend...no stones, just sludge and toxic bile.

The die off was too intense and i have to scale back the level of anti fungals (per naturopath) until my adrenal reserves can come back a bit. I did eat a rice cake today but am not going back to non candida diet!!!!! I am gonna beat this!!!
