I need to add boron and zinc to this:

zinc should be about 50mg? any forms people especially happy with?

boron: GG how would you word simple starting suggestions for boron?

1/8 tsp/day for women
1/4 tsp/day for men
for several months or so and then take a dose or two/week after that?

or Tri-boron supplement
?how many mg's? 15mg or so????

sorry, you would think this would be logged into my head, but I have logged what I am doing, not necessarily what is good for newbies starting out.

I should include GG's collection of bromide info in this also.
