you suggest upping their salt from 1 TBSP to what level?

Gosh am I too afraid of salt.....?
I personally do 1/4tsp salt and 1/4 tsp KCl twice a day
sometimes thrice
I hadn't thought to do more than that....hmmmmmmmmm
I liberally salt my food too
