Mantak Chia tells of a 105 year old man with perfect vision near and far, who told an eye specialist from the 1900s
of a daily practise for the eyes.

Put 4 drops of fresh lemon juice in an eyecup of purified water -perhaps distilled, and rinse each eye with this.
(each eye get fresh solution. ) this is said to be valuable for cataracts too....
