and don't forget the magnesium!!!
citrate or malate .....about 400-600mg/day if you don't get loose stools
and divide the dose...it is absorbed better that way
like 200mg with a meal and 200mg with another meal and 200mg with yet another meal if you can, reduce dose if stools are loose.
