I can't really say what be best for your wife. Every woman is different. Many women feel that mastectomy is best the cancer has progressed to numerous sites in the breast.
Make sure mastectomy is done without any lymph node surgery which is crippling and doesn't prolong survival even if there are cancerous cells in the nodes.

It may be the best thing you can do to slow down the disease. Then you can use the Cancer Tutor, Iodine and other regimens to stop progression of the disease.

There are cutting edge regimens and tissue-type testing directed treatment used in some European clinics but they are expensive. I would probably get a second mortgage and go there if I were in your case.
