Hey, no, I'm not getting crazy with alkalyzing with juicing, I still do eat oils (acid), and to the other reply maybe I am using "die off" incorrectly. I mean the detox syptoms are really bad is all. I feel like once I start taking some i vitamin c and liver support it will become more manageable.
