I agree with Arn, use plenty of oil of oregano - and I suggest that you rub it into the gums around the problem area several times a day in addition to taking it internally, perhaps alternating with colloidal silver swished and rubbed into the gums as well as taken internally in plentiful amounts.

Sounds like you might have a tooth that needs to come out eventually (or perhaps not, depending on the nature of the infection), but in the meanwhile the oil of oregano and colloidal silver should clear up any infection and prevent its spread.  The key is to use plenty of both and be diligent.
