Hey everyone, I have been on supplements for fungal overgrowth for a few months now, the die off has recently become HELL. Massive panic attacks, skin rashes, sagging toxic skin that is usually never like that, tired adrenals, dizziness, brain fog. The only thing that seems to help is b vitamins. What will speed this up/ make this more bearable? I am having a hard time functioning at this point. My liver is good, I have done several successful flushes recently. In fact the die off has felt worse since the last one (a few days ago). Advice from those who have beat this would be much appreciated!
