I think you mentioned you were a lot more toxic than me, so that could be why I tolerate these doses. I have yet to see something I can call a major breakthrough, but the slow weight loss is at least something I can look at and say "this is working". That and the fact that I sometimes have amazing energy. I'm still waiting for the point where not eating for ___ amount of time won't result in a hunger crash. That and never having candida flare-ups if I eat sugar-containing foods.
