You have just described the 2nd chakra - which everyone on the planet has.  But you've omitted the other six major chakras.

Learn to clear out each of your chakras, your energy channels, and your kundalini channels too, and that will cleanse your spiritual body which then cleanses your physical body and promotes physical healing.

We are each a bright shinning spiritual light.  We are neither our sexuality or emotions.
