Thank you everyone for all your responses, feels great to know that I'm not alone. I'm hoping to get back to as close to normal functioning as possible. This neuralgia has brought me down a lot. I have lost a lot of muscle on my hands and arms. They are mainly burning sensation today, which i think is good. I feel like I have ran ten mile, my legs are sore. I'm re enrolling in college for online courses and going to try and finish my degree, and hope with time, that my symptoms will become more manageable.
